My Story
I am a visual artist who finds joy in expressing myself through vibrant colour and expressive brushstrokes. My deep appreciation for nature and the beauty that surrounds us is at the heart of my work, and I strive to capture that sense of wonder and connection in each painting.

My love of art began during my early years growing up in Vernon, British Columbia. After earning degrees in both Fine Arts and Education, I worked as a graphic designer in Calgary, Alberta, before spending several inspiring years on the East Coast in Nova Scotia—continuing to paint while pursuing my design career. Today, I’ve come full circle, returning to Kelowna in the beautiful Okanagan Valley to focus on my creative pursuits.

Most of my artwork celebrates the delicate yet powerful nature of flowers, brought to life through the richness of oil paints and vibrant colour palettes. My paintings are often large in scale, offering abstracted, magnified perspectives that invite viewers to see familiar subjects in new ways—drawing subtle inspiration from the work of Georgia O’Keeffe. While florals are a recurring theme, my work also explores a variety of subjects influenced by the diverse landscapes I’ve called home.

I invite you to enjoy a visual journey through my artwork—seeing the natural world through my eyes—and to take a moment to explore my graphic design portfolio as well.
